Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup 100% apple juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1-1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1-1/2 cup kale chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 3 each banana peeled
  • 1-1/2 cup apple fresh or frozen
  • 3 cup ice cubes
