¼cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1Tcocoa powder
2Tmaple syrup
2Tskim milk
¼tspSalt
1¼tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water. Remove the bowl from the heat. Be careful, the bowl will be hot.
In a food processor or blender, combine the garbanzo beans, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, salt, and vanilla, and blend until smooth and everything is thoroughly mixed.
Serve cold.
Notes
Non-dairy alternatives can be used to substitute the milk, and other liquid sweeteners can be used to substitute the maple syrup like agave nectar.
