Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp red onions Fresh, Diced
  • 2 oz English cucumbers Sliced, 1/4″
  • 1 tsp Capers Drained
  • ¼ cup spring mix lettuce
  • 1 oz walnuts chopped
  • 1 ½ oz Smoked Salmon

Instructions

  • Whip cream cheese with minced dill.
  • Prepare produce according to specification.

In a 4 compartment box place the following:

  • 1/4 cup spring mix topped with 1.5 oz salmon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese topped with 1 tbsp onion and 1 tsp capers
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers
  • 1 oz walnuts
