Rosemary and Berry Smash Mocktail

Berries and Bubbles. Fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, sparkling water, seasonal berries and rosemary make this mocktail a smash.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tbsp honey simple syrup
  • 1 ½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice Fresh
  • 4 ½ oz cherry crabonated water
  • 1 ¼ tsp blackberries
  • 1 ¼ tsp blueberries
  • 1 ¼ tsp Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 ¼ tsp strawberries Fresh, Sliced
  • 1 each fresh rosemary

Honey Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ water

Instructions

Honey Simple Syrup Instructions:

  • Add honey and water to saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • Turn off heat and stir to dissolve honey.
  • Chill and store in the refrigerator.

Mocktail Instructions:

  • Prepare Honey Simple Syrup according to recipe.
  • Mix berries together.
  • Muddle berries in a glass.
  • Fill shaker with ice, 1 ½ Tbsp honey syrup, lemon juice, muddled berries and 4 ½ oz Bubly or sparkling water. Shake well.
  • Double-strain and pour into chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with 1 rosemary sprig, strawberry slice and serve.

Chef Tips

Low Food Waste Tips:
  1. Even berries almost past their prime can be muddle and enjoyed.
  2. Freeze leftover berries for future mocktails, jams and sauces.
