Ingredients
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T skim milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup garbanzo beans

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water. Remove the bowl from the heat. Be careful, the bowl will be hot.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the garbanzo beans, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, salt, and vanilla, and blend until smooth and everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Serve cold.
Chef Tips
Non-dairy alternatives can be used to substitute the milk, and other liquid sweeteners can be used to substitute the maple syrup like agave nectar.
