Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 oz fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp walnuts halves and pieces
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 oz fresh carrot tops

Instructions

  • Wash all produce prior to prepping. Place all ingredients except oil in a food processor. Process to a finely ground consistency. Add olive oil and process again until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
