Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- In a bowl or mason jar, combine toasted sesame seeds and cinnamon add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, apple cider and Tahini. Whisk or shake to combine.
- Add the oil and whisk or shake very well until all ingredients are emulsified together. Add salt to taste.
