Ingredients

  • 1 each kiwi
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 each kiwi
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Peel and cut first kiwi into 4 pieces. Mix in 2/3 cup water. Puree with an immersion blender or a food processor. Strain through a fine strainer and discard the pulp.
    Mix kiwi juice with second listed water. Refrigerate water overnight.
  • Wash mint leaves and set aside. Peel and thinly slice second kiwi into circles.
    Fill cup with ice, fille with cold kiwi water and garnish with sliced kiwi and mint.
