Cucumber Mojito Mocktail

Mocktails are the answer for an anytime chill drink or something special to share for more festive occasions. Try this cucumber mojito mocktail. It is a refreshing and zero-proof drink that anyone can enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups  cucumber peeled, shredded
  • 8 floz   water
  • 16 each fresh mint
  • 4 cup    ice
  • 24 floz    Lime bubly
  • 8 floz  fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Blend cucumbers in water.  Strain any chunks remaining.
  • To assemble one: Mix cucumber juice (about 3 floz) with 1 fl oz lime juice and mint leaf and pour over 1/2 cup ice cubes. 
  • Top with 1 floz bubly. Add mint leaf for garnish.
