Ingredients
- 11.5 oz 80/20 ground beef
- 8.5 oz 85% ground turkey
- 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 0.5 ea egg
- 3 Tbsp fresh basil Chopped
- 1.5 Tbsp fresh oregano Chopped
- 1.5 Tbsp fresh parsley Chopped
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, egg, fresh basil, oregano, parsley, vinegar, garlic and onion powders.
- Thoroughly mix but try not to over work the meat. Scoop the mixture into 4oz. evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs on baking sheet(s) lined with parchment.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until they measure 165F degrees.
- One portion is 1 each 4 oz. meatballs
